Alela will play her newest songs at the Oaks Pioneer Church on Wednesday February 29. She will be performing solo, without amplification, using only the natural acoustics of the church. The great Ryan Fransceconi will open the night. Oaks Pioneer Church, a historical landmark, was built in 1851 and moved to its current location nestled near Oaks Park in the Sellwood neighborhood of Portland, Oregon in 1961. Today marks the release of the official video for Alela’s song “The Wind’ from the album “Alela Diane & Wild Divine”. The video was shot on location on the coast of Florence, Oregon by Jason Reid and Darren Lund.
